MEET BRIAN

Brian's path to becoming a personal trainer started in the boxing gym. While honing his skills, he learned the essentials of peak performance, fitness and mental discipline.

His journey through boxing encouraged him to challenge himself beyond the ring. He’s completed the NYC marathon, arctic Circle marathon, the highest marathon in the world at Mt Everest, and summited Mount Kilimanjaro. In each challenge, Brian discovered new levels of personal strength and endurance.

Brian integrates these insights into his training style & philosophy with his clients, focusing on holistic development. This approach empowers his clients to pursue their goals inside the gym and beyond.
