Our work together is integrative. We'll explore and implement different training methods such as HIIT, Strength Training, Body Weight Training and/or Boxing inspired workouts to help you manifest your intentions.

+ Where do we train?

Each session can take place in-home, outdoors, or at a gym within Manhattan agreed upon by both you and I. When you schedule your first session with me, we can discuss the best option going forward.
